Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

The short version

Agent Cass uses cookies and browser storage to offer you a better experience, analyse website traffic, and serve targeted advertisements. That means essential storage (the kind that keeps you signed in), plus Google Analytics (to see which pages actually help job seekers) and the TikTok pixel (to measure the ads that bring people here). By continuing to use this website, you consent to the use of cookies as described on this page.

What we actually store in your browser

  • Sign-in session (localStorage, set by Supabase) — keeps you signed in between visits so you don’t have to log in every time. Removed when you sign out.
  • Cookie notice (localStorage) — remembers that you’ve seen the cookie notice so we don’t show it again.
  • Work in progress (localStorage) — your current tailoring session, so a page refresh doesn’t lose your place.

If you sign in with Google, Google sets its own cookies during the sign-in handshake on its own domain — that’s governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.

Analytics and advertising

When you visit Agent Cass, we load two third-party tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 — sets its own cookies (such as _ga) to measure which pages are visited and how people move through the site, so we can improve Agent Cass. Covered by Google’s privacy policy.
  • TikTok pixel — sets its own cookies to measure how our TikTok ads perform (for example, whether an ad led someone to check their CV), which is how we know our advertising is worth running. This involves TikTok as an advertising partner and is covered by TikTok’s privacy policy.

We never use these tools to sell your personal data, and we don’t use their cookies to identify you by name.

What we don't use

  • No selling of your personal data.
  • No trackers that follow you around the web beyond the ad measurement described above.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — most browsers let you refuse some or all cookies, or alert you when a site tries to set one. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across the web with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Note that blocking essential storage breaks sign-in; clearing it simply signs you out. Questions?
