Agent Cass (“Cass”, “we”, “us”) is an AI job-search assistant operated from the United Arab Emirates. It helps you check and improve your CV, discover jobs, tailor applications, and track them. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Cass finds job listings, scores how well they match your CV, rewrites CVs and cover letters, and suggests recruiters to contact. All of this is assistance, not a guarantee: we do not promise that you will get interviews, offers, or employment.

Much of what Cass produces is generated by AI. AI can be wrong — a fit score can misjudge a role, a rewritten CV can misstate a detail, a flagged “CV-collection risk” can be a false alarm. You are responsible for reviewing anything Cass writes before you send it to an employer. Never submit a CV or cover letter you haven’t read.

Job listings come from third-party sources (such as Indeed and links you paste). We don’t control those listings, can’t verify every employer, and are not a recruitment agency. Apply at your own judgement — especially where we’ve flagged an ad as a possible CV-collection pattern.

You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to work to use the service.

Your CVs, cover letters, and application notes remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you — for example, sending your CV text to an AI model to score a job match. We don’t sell your content and we don’t use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Don’t use Cass to:

• misrepresent your identity or qualifications to employers;
• upload content that isn’t yours or that you have no right to share;
• scrape, resell, or bulk-extract data from the service;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk outreach through anything Cass drafts;
• interfere with the service’s operation or attempt to bypass its limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Cass is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, pricing will be shown clearly before you’re charged anything, and free features you rely on will be handled fairly and with notice.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost job opportunities, lost earnings, or decisions made by employers — arising from your use of the service. We are also not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of third-party job boards, employers, or recruiters. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using Cass and delete your account at any time — deleting your account removes your CVs and application data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be signposted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
